Make an Impact/ The role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our Americas SDR team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, partnerships, and more) to optimize inbound and outbound lead generation for the North American region. 

You will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth. This is a great stepping stone position to a career in sales, partnerships, marketing or any other customer-related role at Adjust. 

We encourage our SDRs to support our team culture by working in the office 2-3 days a week. This means you’ll have to live in the Bay Area to be able to come to the office or a coworking space.

 

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities: 

Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with decision makers across target verticals Dig deep into inbound and outbound prospects’ business to understand their pain points and how Adjust can help Research and develop new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts through email, Linkedin, cold calling, and events  Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to enrich your outreach with internal and external insights and, respectively, share acquired knowledge across the teams Work in a fast-paced environment and find the right balance between quantity and quality of your output, focusing on getting stuff done

 

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

Strong social skills: you’re an outgoing person who knows how to build genuine, long-lasting relationships that both sides can thrive from A go-getter’s attitude: you’re resilient and you keep pushing until you succeed Excellent writing and verbal communication skills: you know how to write a personalized, effective message to address customer’s pain points. You’re also an active listener and naturally curious 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Coachable, collaborative mindset: you are ready to come to the office 2-3 days a week for in-person guidance and internal networking

Adjust provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.

The expected base pay range for this CA based position is$60,000—$65,000 USD
