About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative who is organized, curious, tech-savvy, and thrives on creating meaningful connections. In this role, you’ll convert leads, prospect new opportunities, and collaborate with your Director of Business Development to drive success. You'll be at the forefront of using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to engage prospects, all while shaping the future of real estate and digital media sales.
The phone has never been hotter in the SDR world, and you know how to make an impact through strong conversations. You'll bring a presence that resonates, building the foundation for successful client engagements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and strategic outreach.Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers with a consultative approach to spark interest in Zonda’s innovative solutions.Pipeline Ownership: Manage the prospecting process from initial outreach to handing off qualified opportunities to your Director of Business Development.Staying Informed: Keep pace with industry trends in real estate and digital media to become a trusted resource for prospects.Phone Outreach: Leverage the phone as your top tool for connecting with leads, scheduling meetings, and creating opportunities.
Your Tech Superpowers
CRM Expertise: You’re proficient with Salesforce or similar tools, tracking every interaction to stay organized and efficient.Prospecting Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales enablement tools.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using the latest technology to optimize outreach and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS, real estate, or digital media sales.Skills: Strong phone presence, exceptional communication, and the ability to qualify leads effectively.Mindset: Organized, curious, and driven by results.Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
