Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative provides administrative and organizational support to the Account Management team which is responsible for the development and/or maintenance of an existing client relationship(s). The key objective of a Sales Development Representative is to support the successful outcome of Account Management revenue retention and expansion activities.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join a growing team who demonstrate the ability to take the initiative to support customers and assist them in maximizing value in relationships.

Accountabilities:

This role is a Sales Development Representative position supporting the Clinical Solutions Account Management team.

Maintain accurate records in sales systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Orders, and so on), and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client data.Prepares pricing documents and presentation materials.Review and highlight any areas of risks or expansion from available data (e.g., usage reports, past-due reports, and so on).Review contracts for expansion or changes in scope.  Analyzing usage reports to identify trends in support of client conversations, and business reviews and to identify potential risks or expansion opportunities.  Analyze invoice overdue reports and alert account teams of actions needed.Support customer service ticket escalations.May manage the renewal process for local/site-level renewals associated with a health system.Collaborate with cross-functional partners like product, commercial & sales to extend positive customer experience.Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder or at least completed 2 years in college with no back subjectsAt least 2 years relevant experience in inside sales, lead generationStrong negotiation skillsFamiliarity with CRM toolsComfortable to work on a fixed night shift
