We zijn op zoek naar een Sales Development Representative (SDR) om ons team te versterken. Je belangrijkste taak is het vinden en kwalificeren van nieuwe zakelijke leads voor onze bouwsoftware in de Benelux. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten, helpt hen de waarde van onze producten in te zien en geeft ze door aan het verkoopteam.

Deze functie is een goed startpunt als je in de toekomst wilt doorgroeien naar een volledige sales- of accountmanagementfunctie.

Welke leuke uitdagingen krijg je?

Potentiële klanten vinden: Onderzoeken en identificeren van bedrijven die baat zouden kunnen hebben bij onze software.Contact leggen en kwalificeren: Leads benaderen via e-mail, telefoon en sociale media. Hun behoeften begrijpen en kijken of ze bij ons passen.Vergaderingen organiseren: Productdemo's en vergaderingen plannen voor het verkoopteam met gekwalificeerde leads.Verkoop ondersteunen: Werk nauw samen met het verkoopteam om ervoor te zorgen dat leads het proces soepel doorlopen.Doelen halen: Elke maand je doelstellingen voor het genereren van leads halen of overtreffen.

Wat verwachten we van je?

Ervaring in een soortgelijke verkoopfunctie, vooral in B2B-verkoop.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - je kunt goed praten en luisteren.Je kunt onderzoek doen en de juiste mensen vinden om mee te praten.Zelfmotivatie - je houdt ervan om doelen en targets te halen.Goed timemanagement - je kunt jongleren met verschillende taken en leads opvolgen.Vloeiend Nederlands en communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.Ervaring met CRM-software (zoals Salesforce) is een pluspunt.Enige kennis van de bouwsector is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR) you’ll play a key role in generating high quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). You’ll be embedded within our sales and marketing function, tasked with creating, nurturing prospective customers and turning them into fully qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development team to work and ultimately generate revenue.

Utilise the phone, email, LinkedIn and other medium to effectively engage with prospectsDevelop and manage customer relationships and work with multiple levels within an organization to articulate the business value of our company’s products and servicesFollow the clearly defined sales process to maximize all opportunitiesAccurately record and update all records in the CRM software (Salesforce)

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring?

Experience of generating leads via multiple platformsExperience of updating CRM software e.g. Salesforce or similarAbility to demonstrate a product in an effective, professional presentation mannerStrong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issuesAbility to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of divisional software products and remain current on product knowledgeDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listen effectively, transmit information accurately and understandably, and actively seek feedback Fluent Dutch language skills is a mustKnowledge of the construction industry would be helpful but not essentialProactive attitude and drive, passionate to generate leads/sales

About Your Location
This is an onsite or  hybrid position in our Bodegraven office in the Netherlands. We expect you to be at the office at least 3 days a week.
