Sales Development Representative

With ambitious growth plans to expand our already impressive product portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Your Role Will Include.

Research and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns. Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish interest and qualify their needs. Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the New Business team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the Salesforce. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure effective communication and positioning of our products and solutions.


What You'll Bring:

Prior experience in a sales or business development role Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and time management skills.

Desirable

Experience working in SaaS, Software, or Telco sales. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
