Sales Development Representative AMR
Responsibilities Impressionar

Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers in the intralogistics industry (warehousing, distribution, manufacturing) who would benefit from AMR solutions. • Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with logistics and operations decision-makers. • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, qualify leads, and identify opportunities where AMRs can enhance productivity, efficiency, and ROI. • Pilot Projects & Simulations: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute pilot projects using AMR solutions to demonstrate their impact in real-world applications. • Work with internal teams to prepare and deliver simulations tailored to customer-specific use cases, showcasing product value. • Collaboration with Sales: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, providing detailed insights from pilot projects and customer conversations. • CRM Management: Record and manage all lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring a robust and organized pipeline. • Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends and challenges in intralogistics, particularly around warehouse automation, robotics, and supply chain optimization. • Performance Tracking: Achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, pilot project execution, and pipeline growth. Application Requirements O que você precisa para ser aprovado • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a role involving logistics, operations, or automation solutions. Experience with pilot project management is a plus. • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain operations, and automation technologies. • Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and educate potential customers. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored AMR solutions using pilots and simulations. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage the logistics of pilot projects and ensure timely delivery of results. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and an ability to learn and use simulation and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with implementing or managing pilot projects in intralogistics or automation. • Knowledge of AMR technology and its applications in warehouse or manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with the Brazilian intralogistics market and key players.
