They are committed to providing high-quality entertainment services and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business associates.Why does this role exist?Client needs a dedicated Sales Development Representative to manage sales leads, assist with event bookings, and support the overall sales process. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring smooth event coordination, and contributing to the company's growth.

The Impact you’ll make\nEnhance client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries\nImprove sales conversion rates through effective lead management and follow-ups.\nContribute to smooth event execution by coordinating with DJs and managing schedules\nSupport company’s growth by representing the brand professionally and assisting in various sales-related tasks.

\n\nYour Tasks:\nRespond to sales leads via email, phone, and text message in a timely manner.\nFollow up with existing sales leads via email, phone, and text message.\nAssist in collecting payments and confirming events.\nAssign the correct DJs to the appropriate events.\nAssist with DJ scheduling and event coordination.\nParticipate in the weekly Booking Team Schedule.\nAssist with all other sales and booking related tasks.\nAct as an unofficial Brand Ambassador for the client.\n

Required ExperienceRequired Experience\nPrevious experience in event organization or working for an event company.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nExperience in sales or customer service roles.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and basic office software.\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least an Intel i3 core processor\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
