We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to establish and drive our client's outbound sales development strategy. This new position is crucial in filling a key operational gap by bringing dedicated expertise in sales prospecting and pipeline development. The role exists to identify, engage, and qualify potential partners through strategic outreach, ultimately driving growth in the grocery retail sector.
The Impact you’ll makeMeeting Generation\nSchedule new business meetings through strategic outreach\nOrganize and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales team\nFollow up to ensure high meeting attendance rates\nMaintain consistent meeting scheduling targets\nCold Calling Excellence\nExecute high-volume cold calling campaigns\nDevelop and deliver compelling business propositions\nNavigate through gatekeepers to reach decision makers\nBuild initial rapport with potential clients\nSales Automation Management\nManage comprehensive drip campaigns through Hubspot\nExecute and optimize outreach sequences\nTrack and update all prospect interactions\nUtilize provided tools and data effectively\nPipeline Development\nBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities\nResearch and qualify potential leads\nIdentify key decision-makers within target accounts\nDrive the company's expansion into new grocery retail relationships\nData Management & Reporting\nMaintain accurate records in Hubspot\nTrack outreach metrics and conversion rates\nProvide regular activity and results reports\nDocument best practices and successful approaches\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of B2B SDR experience\nProven track record in opportunity generation and pipeline building\nExperience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms\nDemonstrated success in high-volume outreach campaigns\nProfessional communication skills and business acumen\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:
