The SDR role is critical for enriching and qualifying our client's lead database to support their targeted marketing campaigns. With an existing list of business owners and locations requiring additional contact information, this position will drive value by conducting thorough research and outreach to gather crucial data that enables effective campaign execution and business development initiatives.
The Impact you’ll makeLead Database Enhancement\nResearch and verify contact information for existing business owners\nConduct outbound calls to gather missing information\nUpdate and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system\nBusiness Development Support\nQualify potential leads through research and direct outreach\nSchedule appointments if/when required by the client\nDocument all contact attempts and outcomes\nData Management\nMaintain organized records in Excel and CRM\nEnsure data quality and completeness\nCreate regular progress reports on database enrichment\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify patterns in successful contact strategies\nContribute to the refinement of research methodologies\nSuggest improvements to data collection processes\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of B2B lead generation experience with a focus on research and data enrichment\nExperience with outbound calling for information-gathering purposes\nProficiency in Excel and data management\nExperience working with CRM systems (Monday.com experience is a plus)\nTrack record of maintaining high data quality standards\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
