We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive business growth through proactive lead generation and qualification. This role is crucial in expanding our client's market presence by identifying potential customers, conducting high-volume outreach, and creating opportunities for the sales team. The position focuses on being the first point of contact in building valuable client relationships through effective discovery and follow-up processes.
The Impact you’ll makeLead Generation & Prospecting\nConduct 300+ outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential customers\nExecute strategic cold-calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities\nFollow up with warm leads to gather feedback on previously sent pricing\nSales Pipeline Development\nQualify prospects through detailed discovery calls\nDocument customer requirements and pain points\nSet up meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects\nQuote Management\nFollow up on sent quotes to address questions and concerns\nProvide additional information to move prospects through the sales funnel\nTrack and update quote status in the CRM\nCRM Management\nMaintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM\nTrack all customer interactions and follow-ups\nEnsure data integrity and detailed documentation of all outreach activities\n
Measure of Success\nConsistently achieve a daily target of 300+ outbound calls\nMaintain detailed and accurate records in Zoho CRM\nSuccessfully move prospects through the sales pipeline\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1-2 years of proven B2B sales or telemarketing experience\nAt least 1 year of experience in high-volume cold calling (300+ calls per day)\nMinimum 1 year of experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho\nDemonstrated track record of successful discovery call experience\nProven success in handling customer objections in a B2B environment\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
