The SDR will be responsible for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development, while also supporting new product integration initiatives and potentially closing smaller deals. The Impact you’ll makeLead Generation\nResearch and identify potential restaurant leads using LinkedIn and other platforms\nCreate and maintain targeted prospect lists\nImplement lead qualification strategies\nConduct initial outreach to potential clients\nSales Development\nDevelop and optimize sales scripts through A/B testing\nExecute outbound calling campaigns\nQualify leads through established criteria\nTrack and analyze campaign effectiveness\nClose smaller deals independently when appropriate\nAppointment Setting\nSchedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects\nManage and coordinate sales team calendars\nFollow up with prospects to confirm appointments\nMaintain efficient scheduling processes\nSales Team Collaboration\nAlign with sales team goals and strategies\nShare feedback from lead interactions\nSupport new product integration initiatives\nCoordinate with the team on pipeline management\nContribute to sales process improvements\nPerformance Tracking\nLog all sales activities in CRM/Salesforce\nGenerate regular performance reports\nTrack conversion metrics\nProvide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of sales development or lead generation experience\nProven track record in appointment setting\nExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)\nDemonstrated success in script development and testing\nProficiency with sequencing platforms and dialers\nStrong understanding of sales qualification processes\nExperience with sales automation tools\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
