As our client experiences rapid growth, they need a skilled SDR to manage and convert their increasing lead flow. This role is crucial in connecting potential customers with the right solutions by qualifying leads and setting up meaningful conversations with sales representatives. The position will launch in mid-September, allowing time for comprehensive training and shadowing with the existing team.
The Impact you’ll makeLead Management & Qualification\nProactively reach out to inbound leads within specified timeframes\nQualify leads through strategic conversations\nMaintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM\nAppointment Setting\nSchedule qualified leads with sales representatives in real-time\nManage and optimize calendar scheduling processes\nEnsure smooth hand-offs between initial contact and sales meetings\nMulti-Channel Communication\nExecute outreach through calls, emails, and text messages\nFollow up systematically with prospects\nMaintain professional and engaging communication across all channels\nPipeline Development\nWork with assigned lead lists and campaigns\nTrack and report on outreach activities and results\nIdentify and document prospect pain points and requirements\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of B2B sales development or appointment-setting experience\nProven track record using HubSpot CRM\nDemonstrated experience in multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, text)\nExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)\nExperience in SaaS or technology sales is preferred\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical Skills:\nHubSpot proficiency (required)\nSales engagement tools expertise\nCalendar management\nSalesMessage platform knowledge\nSlack proficiency
