Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support their business development efforts through phone and text communication, research, and appointment setting. This entry-level role focuses on gathering quality information about potential clients and setting up appointments, with full training provided to ensure success.
The Impact you’ll makeClient Communication\nMake professional outbound calls to potential clients\nCommunicate with clients via phone and text\nSet up qualified appointments\nDocument all client interactions\nResearch & Information Gathering\nConduct online research about potential clients\nGather and verify company information\nDocument findings in an organized manner\nUpdate client database with new information\nAppointment Coordination\nSchedule and confirm appointments\nTrack appointment status\nFollow up on scheduled meetings\nMaintain an organized calendar\nDatabase Management\nUpdate contact information in Salesforce\nMaintain accurate records\nTrack all communications\nEnsure data quality\n
