Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source. **Summary** Sales Development Representatives (“SDR”) are responsible for qualifying both inbound and outbound sales leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with, and educate prospects before handing them off to the closers of the sales team. + The outbound process requires the SDR to reach out to prospects in the form of cold calls, emails, or social networks. This process allows SDR to personalize their outreach for the first touch point, but many people don’t like being contacted without having previously shown interest. + The inbound process is directed toward prospects who have shown interest in our product or service by reaching out to the company via phone call, email, or request for additional information online. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + _40-50 calls_ _and/or emails per day_ + _Follow-up on inbound marketing leads by_ _identifying_ _qualified opportunities with_ _appropriate levels_ _of information at the right time for interested_ _prospects._ + _Be responsible for_ _educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams_ + _Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts_ + _Cold call prospects generated by variety of outside sources_ + _Answer incoming customer calls and send them in the correct direction_ + _Identify_ _key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle_ + _Develop a knowledge of the company’s product_ + _Monitor account creation to ensure that no duplicate accounts are created_ + _Work with a specified region to help grow sales_ + _Profile strategic accounts_ _identifying_ _key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, then presenting solutions to start the sales cycle_ + _Set appointments for Local Sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage_ + _Nurture_ _new marketing_ _leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep_ + _Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach_ + _Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by_ _maintaining_ _accurate_ _activity and lead qualification information in CRM application_ **Required Skills and Qualifications** Qualifications include: + _Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills._ + _Excellent sales and negotiation skills._ + _Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail._ + _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._ + _Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment._ + _Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software._ + Experience working with State regulated Carb Compliance Laws. **Physical Requirements** + _A positive attitude and willingness to_ _maintain_ _a professional demeanor with clients and team members is essential to this position._ + _Ability to work around common office equipment,_ _supplies_ _and environments._ + _Oral Expression and comprehension ' The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
