As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in transitioning to clean energy solutions. This role is crucial in identifying qualified opportunities and connecting potential customers with our expert sales team, ultimately contributing to our mission of creating a more sustainable future through home electrification.
The Impact you’ll makeLead Generation and Outreach \nConduct outbound calls to potential buyers in our B2C campaign\nEngage prospects in meaningful conversations about clean energy solutions\nCreate positive first impressions that represent our brand values\nAppointment Setting \nSchedule qualified appointments for the internal sales team\nEnsure smooth handoffs between initial contact and sales consultation\nMaintain high-quality appointment setting standards\nDatabase Management \nUpdate and maintain accurate CRM records\nDocument all prospect interactions and follow-ups\nTrack and report on outreach activities\nCustomer Experience \nBuild rapport with potential customers\nProvide initial education about solar and clean energy benefits\nHandle spontaneous conversations with confidence and professionalism\nMeasure of Success\nConsistent achievement of weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets\nHigh conversion rate of leads to qualified appointments\nMaintenance of accurate and up-to-date CRM records\n
