Position Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) opportunity is part of a newly restructured business development team at MedInsight. This high visibility role will drive lead generation and business development strategy through research, establishing new relationships, generating meetings, and setting up sales closers for success. This hire will work with the Principal & Manager, Sales Development along with a small peer group to achieve pipeline goals. In addition, the role will have support from marketing and sales operations to supplement the sales process with creating strategic prospect plans, leveraging the CRM to stay organized and drive results, and assisting with in-pipeline marketing.

This SDR opportunity is a strategic and collaborative role; however, the right candidate will be passionate about rolling up their sleeves and taking action to get things done. Primary Responsibilities:

Lead outbound prospecting efforts and build relationships through research, regular calls and emails, setting sales appointments/meetings, etc. Research, identify, and qualify new leads that lead to opportunities for sales closers Establish active communication and engagement with prospective clients to generate interest in an initial meeting Contribute to prospecting campaigns (cold call, email, and LinkedIn messaging/scripts) Conduct outbound opportunity development through partnership with marketing Coordinate and collaborate on client growth opportunities by strategizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities with the team Understand prospects’ challenges and industry trends and insights Collaborate on sales/prospecting best practices and bring creative lead generation ideas to each team meeting Add, maintain, and track business development efforts, forecasts, and activity in CRM Achieve (and exceed) your monthly and annual sales quota

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Compensation and Location:

The salary range is $51,000 to $98,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  This role can be located remotely within the U.S.
