Sales Director, Asia
Rive is seeking a Sales Director to drive sales growth of Rives FCC catalyst technology in the Asian refining industry. Initial target markets include Japan, South Korea, Thailand and India. The successful candidate will preferably be located in Japan, South Korea, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, but alternative locations will be considered. Relocation will only be offered in exceptional cases. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. With the technology proven in North America, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced sales professional to introduce an impactful new technology to the Asian market. Responsibilities -Lead introduction of Molecular Highway technology for FCC into the Asian refining market Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and gross margin targets Develop and qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline Assess and prioritize sales opportunities -Manage sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resources Prepare and issue commercial offers Draft, negotiate, and finalize appropriate agreements to close sales Work with Rives joint development partners in joint selling activities Develop and maintain executive and technical customer relationships at assigned accounts Coordinate technical service activities for ongoing business
