Sales Director, East Territory

Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Sales Director, East to our team. The Sales Director, East will be responsible for building and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Manager selling Eagleview’s industry leading property data. They will closely monitor the growth of the company’s Construction business. This role is highly strategic and highly visible. Responsibilities Take ownership and accountability for all construction revenue for the entirety of the Eastern territory. Drive the culture of sales excellence through consistent coaching and development of top tier Sales Managers and Account Managers. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management. Assess the ‘current state’ of the sales and business development functions across the landscape of people, process and systems and identify gaps and opportunities in all areas. Drive the development of Construction sales strategies that will produce consistent and predictable results. Gain insights through sales team that will Design and implement a global sales and business development strategy to exceed revenue targets and projections. Use market intelligence and customer feedback to drive sales strategy and product initiatives. Deliver compelling sales programs and campaigns. Identify and capture new markets and sales channels. Establish and maintain executive relationships with key customers and prospects within the Eastern territory. Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels. Qualifications Demonstrated progressive second line leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales. Multiple repeatable proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining leaders and individual contributors that make-up a high performing sales organization. Proven ability to lead through change and transformation. The ability to establish and build a sales-driven culture. Proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Product, and Engineering peers. Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership. Detailed understanding of Construction sales strategies, tools and best practices and the ability to negotiate complex teaming agreements. Comprehensive understanding of the business environment, issues, trends and sales cycles. Proven ability to work in an innovative and progressive technology company. A successful track record of driving revenue growth. Experience in building relationships with senior executives. Documented experience driving revenue growth via the acquisition of new customers and the development of new sales channels. Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Strategic planning expertise to include market, sales, and long-term planning. Leadership skills including excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organization/management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree or comparable sales management experience. This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $70,000-$100,000, and commissions in the $60,000-$85,000 range.
