Take on an exciting leadership role as Fine Fragrance Sales Director at dsm-firmenich! Drive business growth across Europe by developing and executing impactful strategies that shape market trends. Your key responsibilities:

Develop and execute a high-end Fine fragrance strategic vision to grow the business in a profitable and sustainable way in the regionExecute and implement a forward-thinking business strategy, manage commercial agreements, lead client projects, negotiate key contracts, and oversee the entire value chain to drive innovation and maximize business vitality and customer satisfaction in line with management expectationsLead all commercial activities within the field of responsibility, including global strategy deployment, budget monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to sales and pricing practices, and participation in local managementEstablish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate favourable commercial terms, and proactively address client needs to unlock new business opportunities and secure dsm-firmenich as a key partnerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiencyBuild and develop a successful team aligned with business objectives through onboarding, performance evaluation, fostering team spirit, and effective communication of corporate and business dynamicsManage and coach one Account Manager

You bring:

At least 7 to 10 years of successful fragrance/ingredient sales experience, ideally in an international environment.Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)Fluent in English and FrenchStrong drive for results and strategic thinking.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity
