What you can expect to be doing: 

You will handle overall responsibility for managing sales, achieving growth, and - hitting/exceeding annual sales targets  You will interact with clients at all the stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients through demoing the platform, presenting consultancy & advisory offers, to negotiating and closing.  You will provide on-the-ground support/mentorship for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound strategies.  We create value by sharing thoughtful insights for our partners and potential partners. You will effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. You also need to ensure that they get the most out of the solutions we offer to ensure high-value client stickiness and adoption  You will be the guru of your own market and provide insight to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings.  You will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. You will develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.  You will present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.  You will be supported by Marketing and Sales Enablement functions.  To have consistent success, you will provide accurate forecasting and always maintain an up-to-date pipeline. 

This might be the job for you if you have:

Proven track record of success in a sales role within the SaaS, market research, or social media analytics industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to build trusted advisor relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders internally and externally with clients Strategic thinker who understands the complex sales process and can tailor solutions to client’s need effectively, ensuring what is sold is what can be delivered as well You are tenacious and a hunter – driven by selling responsibly and striving for sales which secure client relationships for multiple years\ Ability to negotiate and close sales quickly Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills Work ethics and approach to work: Tenacious, relentlessly client focused, hyper team focused,  ambitious, organised, passionate, willing to muck in,  results orientated, proactive, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
