Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets in various sectors, including oil, gas, petrochemical, utilities, and private sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and principals, ensuring their needs are met and fostering partnerships. Lead, mentor, and motivate a multinational sales team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed sales reports, ensuring accurate performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations are communicated effectively. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services and enhance the company’s market position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Must have experience in trading and sales management, preferably within the construction, industrial, oil & gas, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Experience in managing a multinational sales team.
