Sales Director - Business Aviation
Remote Worker Living on the West Coast
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Director of Business Aviation has arisen for our west coast region to include Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for Rolls-Royce business aircraft aftermarket sales development efforts in the US west coast region. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with airframe completion centers, regional brokers, financiers, and service providers in the business aircraft market. You will need to live within an hour of a major airport in region and be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Key Accountabilities:
Calling on all in-service and new operators in region to sell aftermarket products including CorporateCare® Enhanced and Time & Material shop visits for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation enginesPreparing proposals based on customer needs with appropriate senior management approvals and coordinating the submission and signature of subsequent contracts with the internal commercial contracts team for aftermarket productsDeveloping a comprehensive list of potential customers with a detailed sales plan for each prospect, sales reports for each customer visit and a proactive communication style with internal management and teamRepresenting Rolls-Royce Business Aviation at conferences and/or aviation trade showsWorking closely with internal regional customer services and aftermarket sales management team at business aircraft manufacturers to promote CorporateCare® Enhanced brand awareness, sales and customer relationsBasic Requirements:
Associate degree and 7+ years of business aviation, commercial aerospace, and/or defense aerospace sales, marketing, services, and/or sales support experience, ORBachelor's degree and 5+ years of business aviation, commercial aerospace, and/or defense aerospace sales, marketing, services, and/or sales support experience, ORMaster's degree and 3+ years of business aviation, commercial aerospace, and/or defense aerospace sales, marketing, services, and/or sales support experience, ORJD/PhD, OR9+ years of experience in sales, marketing, services and/or sales support in lieu of a degreeIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentPreferred Requirements:
Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA)Business aviation engine aftermarket sales and/or marketing experienceBusiness aviation project management experience, including executing and delivering on strict timescalesExperience creating and delivering executive presentation to Sr. StakeholdersCreate the new standard.
