Sales Director - Consumer Finance

The Sales Director, Consumer Finance is a high caliber sales role at Equifax Workforce Solutions focusing on the development and sale of Equifax Verification Services (EVS) solutions in the Credit Union industry. The Sales Director will perform all the functions of the sales lifecycle including hunting and identifying leads, performing demos, moving opportunities through the sales funnel, and ultimately closing the deal.

The Sales Director will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Clayton, MO, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office, and the ability to work remote Monday and Friday.

What you will do:

Hunt for new business, with a demonstrated ability to develop new pipeline and cultivate prospects.Meet or exceed revenue targetsDeeply understand the Credit Union market, and the market problems we are solving.Build and maintain relationships with key clients & prospects to drive salesBuild a pipeline from scratch; Identifying and developing new business opportunitiesExperience driving sales through partnersProven solutions-sales approach to work with clients to figure out appropriate solutions and valueProven ability owning the sales process from lead to revenue.Make follow-up calls and conducts research to qualify sales leads.Work in collaboration with sales team to target opportunities and cross-sell products.Effectively lead assigned territory and maximize business potential.Build and maintain prospective customer relationships.Maintain opportunities in Salesforce: enter prospect data and other sales data, keeping it currentWork with internal marketing representatives to convert leads and execute on sales campaigns

What experience you need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of successful service-based solution selling in a business-to-business environment dealing with senior management7+ years of experience working with customers to develop solutions for the Consumer Finance industry while being able to drive sales activityAbility to travel up to 20%
