About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 Sales Director – Enterprise Solutions We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team and drive the sales of our Data Management, Front Office Portfolio Management Software and services. Based in London, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least 7 years of experience in selling software solutions and services. Additionally, a good understanding of capital market structures including public and private asset classes would be very beneficial in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Team: The S&P Global Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform puts quality, audited data at the center of customer’s organizations. Its solutions build gold copy masters across all data types, delivering tangible data governance, risk management and compliance frameworks and rationalizing legacy architectures. The S&P Global thinkFolio cross-asset investment management platform, can be implemented as a single, integrated solution that supports the entire front office. Due to the flexible, modular design of thinkFolio, firms also have the option of deploying the platform for specific use cases and assets classes, including fixed income, cash management and FX or loans. The thinkFolio platform provides customers with the option to leverage, detailed investment analysis to monitor all factors that influence investment returns by focusing on individual cash flows and modeling the impact of different scenarios. It enables firms to streamline investment workflows and allow portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams to work together, ensuring key decision makers are aligned. Responsibilities: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth in the region for Enterprise Data Management and Thinkfolio, solution in financial services with the potential to support other growth verticals in the future. Regular travel to London and client and prospect premises in France and across different locations, as required, to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our suite of solutions to potential clients. Strong domain knowledge of managed service solutions and deployment models Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client requirements, market trends, and competitive offerings. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both the client and the company. Achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, delivering sustainable revenue growth. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our loan management and administration software and services Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
