Job Title: Sales Director - Fuel Solutions 

Location: Campus HQ - Crewe 

 

We are looking for a Sales Director for our Fuel Solutions division in the United Kingdom. We are looking for a leader who can effectively lead an established Sales Team and take them to the next level, somebody who can inspire and motivate a high performing team. 


Lead all sales functions across four UK sites (Crewe, Ipswich, Glasgow, and York) and be responsible for contributing to and delivering the company’s Sales Strategy. 


As a senior member of the Management Team, you will also play a significant part in delivering the whole company vision.


This role will report into the Chief Revenue Officer – Fuel, who is responsible for all the fuel business in the UK. 


We would love to welcome you to our Crewe – Campus HQ office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

 

Your responsibilities day to day will be…


 • Deliver and exceed the Companies sales targets

• Demonstrate year on year growth across all KPI’s

• Provide a performance management framework that delivers a strong distribution of performance across Sales Teams

• Grow a strong team through all levels of the sales operation with a focus on succession planning and developing internal talent where possible and bringing in external expertise where needed. 

• Motivate and Inspire the Sales Team using strong Management, Coaching, and Team Building methodologies.

• Articulation of the sales strategy with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities and act quickly and decisively. 

• Evolving the sales strategy and continually innovating in the ways we sell to customers and the channels we use. 

• Building sales budgets and performance plans and then effectively reporting against these measures.

• Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related discipline.

• Experience of leading a large multi discipline sales team at director level.
