Director of Sales – Banking Solutions (Individual Contributor Role)

Your Mission:

Lead Sales Efforts: Take responsibility for a portfolio of premier banking accounts in Japan, driving substantial license revenue. Strategic Account Management: Qualify prospects, position Oracle’s cutting-edge solutions, build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, and guide the sales process from start to finish. Seamless Deal Execution: Oversee RFI/RFP submissions, coordinate with Pre-Sales for presentations and demos, manage commercial and legal negotiations, and ensure successful contract closures and handovers. Drive Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing accounts, unlocking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Oracle’s suite of financial applications. Expand Market Presence: Champion business development for new product offerings and forge impactful partnerships with Channel and Alliance partners, developing new relationships where needed. Engage the Market: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute high-profile events, roadshows, and campaigns that position Oracle as the leader in financial technology.

What You Bring:

Banking Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise solution sales to the banking sector in Japan. Sales Leadership: A proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders across IT and business functions within banks.
