What You’ll Do: Strategize and Deliver: Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets. Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team. Expand Market Reach: Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Represent the Brand: Attend major trade shows and conferences as the face of the company. What You Bring: Proven Leadership: 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Industry Expertise: Knowledge of natural gas odorization or related Oil & Gas experience. Sales Success: Strong track record of exceeding targets and driving growth. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with fluid pressure and flow is a plus. Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Travel Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Canada. What’s in It for You?
