Your Responsibilities :
Define and execute the growth strategy in partnership with the President. Identify and develop new market opportunities. Supervise the sales team, distributors, and brokers. Manage strategic client relationships and maximize their potential. Introduce innovative new products and oversee their market launch. Plan and optimize the distribution network. Analyze market trends and sales performance. Lead high-level negotiations and ensure follow-ups. Coordinate commercial initiatives and promotional events. Monitor key performance indicators and budgets with rigor.Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the agri-food industry. Bilingualism required (French and English). Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Apply
