Join JLL's market-leading Capital Markets business as a key member of our newly formed Residential Project Sales team in Australia. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our rapidly growing residential business, where we collectively strive to create a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. As a Sales Director, you'll leverage your extensive experience in residential project sales to drive off-the- plan transactions, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the team's exponential growth.

A snapshot of the role:

Take detailed client briefs to understand buyers’ residential property goalsStay informed about market conditions, real estate trends, regulatory updates and property newsSource potential residential properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings that meet client requirementsConduct buyer viewings and site inspectionsNegotiate and execute off-plan residential sales transactionsManage all deal and contract information, including creation and distribution of Buyer Signing ChecklistsManage relationships with other estate agents, solicitors, and stakeholders throughout the transaction processExcel in relationship building, providing exceptional client service to secure repeat and ongoing businessDevelop strategic alliances with JLL regional and international sales team, third-party agents, and channel partnersAssist in the coordinate of domestic sales campaigns, including presentations and events, including participation in development launches and client-facing events

This role requires a highly driven candidate who can maintain high levels of self motivation and is accustomed to operating on an independent basis. We are looking for a person who is excited by the opportunity to be part of a new and growing team – and is willing to put in the hard work to ensure the teams early success.

Joining the residential projects team during its formative stages, will mean it is expected that this role will not only contribute to these key areas, but help to shape, develop and grow the sales team in consultation with senior leaders, as the team continues to expand.

5+ years’ experience in the residential projects property industryCertificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence requiredMandarin and/or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded
