We’ve got an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role in our Workspace business driving growth across the UK & Ireland. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships, by developing our market position in locating, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. As part of the Workspace leadership team you will also play a key role in proposition development – responding to client requirements to identify new product lines and services to take to market.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop, mentor and lead the sales team to build a pipeline of potential clients and drive sustainable growth, ensuing all sales goals and objectives are achieved. Work closely with Heads of departments to develop strategies and sales objectives to market Crown Workspace in current territory and new markets with a consultative strategy to create client focused solutions Maintain absolute focus on Crown’s organizational objectives to establish growth through cross selling of services Lead the preparation and delivery of exceptional proposals, presentations, RFPs and other client facing presentations Meet and or exceed established goals, call targets, revenue targets, and new business acquisition initiatives, jointly with sales and management teams Attend annual sales conferences / training seminars and networking functions on a national, regional and/or local basis Create plans in conjunction with the Heads of departments and Sales team to ensure monthly and quarterly account development Drive and manage local marketing programs in conjunction with marketing department Establish a professional, working and consultative relationship with the client, by developing a core under-standing of the unique business needs of the client within their industry Participate in sales projects or company initiatives to drive corporate vision and strategy Demonstrate and promote the company vision, strategy and values

Demonstrated Sales and Leadership skills Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and closing skills Effective presentation skills for C-Level, senior management, prospects, and/or public groups Highly customer service oriented/driven interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and organize work streams to meet client deadlines Demonstratable commercial acumen and strong judgement
Education and/or Experience
A minimum of three to five (3-5) years sales leadership in a business-to-business sales environment Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients. Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals Territory Management Account management Demonstratable experience of growing market share through territory expansion and proposition innovation
