Life on the team
Working as a Sales Education Manager you will be part of our wider Sales Education team across Europe. We strive to provide consistent education across the Group portfolio to our sales force.
Our team works closely with service lines to provide the latest offerings from GTS, GPS and GMS through services such as Groupcast and Group Knowledge.
We also operate at a local level to ensure each country is served with the right portfolio and operational training to enable our salespeople to work smart and delight our customers.
In the exciting role of Sales Education Manager (UK), you will be, delivering high quality, standardised training programmes in line with our corporate strategy for the European countries, but also considering the country-specific learning needs of these countries.
Working closely with the Head of Sales Education (UK), the entire Sales Education team, Sales and Sales Management in the UK, you will be highly visible as part of your role will be to support the business strategy in relation to our solutions portfolio by preparing and delivering appropriate training in a variety of formats. Good communication skills, high quality standards, coupled with a high level of resilience and strong technical understanding, enjoyment of working in a multi-national team and curiosity about new subjects and people are the best prerequisites for enjoying and succeeding in this role.
What you’ll do
Typical tasks include the following:
Supporting and working with the Head of Sales Education to execute against the UK strategy that educates our customer facing roles across our portfolio as well as assisting to cascade any company changes. Designing internal communications to the UK salesforce, ensuring teams are well-versed in our go-to-market strategy, leveraging virtual platforms and classroom-based sessions to deliver this. Managing, delivering and reporting across our educational platforms - Interface (Teams webinar), GroupCast & classroom-based learning. This includes advising on and tailoring key messaging, as well as providing slideware support, asset creation and collateral management. Evolving the adoption of our E-Learning platform (LMS) to pioneer a dynamic and succinct education programme, with options for on-demand materials, virtual and/ or classroom-based learning. Supporting and collaborating to deliver education events, such as the Enabling Success Framework, KSS & Sales University. Working closely with a variety of teams, including Marketing, Creative Services and Head of Solutions & CTO. Management of LinkedIn licenses to report on our usage and advise on recommendations that feeds into the adoption strategy.
What you’ll need
Excellent organisation & communication skills – with a sensitive understanding of priority and impact to your audience. Experience of managing multiple projects at any one time. Ability to remain calm and navigate conflicting priorities to a successful conclusion. Experience preparing & facilitating productive meetings with a wide network of senior colleagues. Attention to detail and persistence in driving actions to completion, leveraging virtual teams. Excellent experience with PowerPoint skills, being able to produce engaging content.
