Sales Effectiveness Analyst

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Sales Effectiveness Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities, ensuring the efficient use of Salesforce and other systems to enhance sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, and the ability to holistically assess and adapt processes and systems for optimal performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce and related platforms. Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption. Salesforce Expertise: Leverage Salesforce technical knowledge to configure, optimize, and recommend enhancements for increased functionality and alignment with business needs. Change Management: Drive adoption and ensure smooth transitions by implementing effective change management strategies. Impact Assessment: Analyze proposed changes for their impact on processes, systems, and overall business operations, delivering recommendations to mitigate risks. Data Insights: Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actionable insights. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce advancements, and best practices to proactively recommend innovations and improvements. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies, go-to-market structures, and business operations. Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Holistic Thinking: Ability to consider the broader implications of changes, ensuring alignment across systems and processes. Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, and familiarity with technical capabilities. Change Management: Experience in leading or supporting organizational change initiatives. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to assess system performance and provide actionable insights. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and partnership across teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience working in complex sales environments with varied go-to-market strategies. Certification in Salesforce Administration or equivalent experience. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Background in systems analysis or process engineering. Primary working hours would be aligned with EU hours.
