YOUR responsibilities as a Sales Effectiveness Senior Expert will include (but not limited to):

Lead and manage sales excellence projects, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and achieving sales performance objectives for Hungary, Czech Republic and SlovakiaMonitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement sales processes and methodologies to drive sales excellenceCollaborate with various stakeholders including Trade Marketing, Category Development, Area Managers, and Key Account ManagersProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior managementManage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

We are looking for a Sales Effectiveness Senior Expert with the following profile:

Min. 3-5 years experience in the field of sales analytics, business analytics, sales project manager rolesFluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisionsStrong ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisionsStrategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologiesAmbitious mindset together with solid analytical skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and PowerBIBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related fieldFluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
