Sales Enablement Administrator

Position Overview

Managing the shared inbox within the teamResponding to any queries that come in from the sort of wider sales teams into their updating and maintaining the users on all our key platforms, removing and adding users from the key platforms.Developing process documents for sales teams and how they get access to these systems.Setting and updated accounts in the system orUsage reporting across platform and tracking in terms of usageBasic data analysis in current trendProvide support in running program and project management, scheduling necessary appointments or meetingsSupport Sales Operations Manager

Day to Day Tasks and Deliverables

Working closely with the Digital Content Specialist and Sales Enablement Manager, update the users on Enablement platforms made available to Data Services sales professionals dependent on brandSupport all users with their use of sales enablement tools such as Gong (Highspot; LinkedIn; SalesNavigator)– providing support and training where needed and answering ad-hoc questions from SalesSupport key metrics tracking for the Sales Enablement and Sales PerformanceConduct usage reporting and impact analysis to ensure our sales enablement systems deliver ROIResponding to email inquiries for access and license allocation/removal

Skills and Behaviors

Bachelor’s degree holder2 years+ experience in a sales or sales administration roleStrong technical and systems expertise, to provide internal customers from the sales organisation with effective support for all enablement systemsData analytics skills in order to interpret usage data from the Data Services Enablement Platforms and identify trendsStrong communication skills, which will be crucial in working across the Sales Performance Team and wider organisation and on occasion will involve delivering training and guidance to users Proven ability to build strong working relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing plus Technology teams Ability to think broadly across the enterprise, beyond your area of immediate responsibility, with the courage to think differently and to constantly strive to improve how we work Confident, curious and courageous
