As a member of the Sales Technology & Analytics (ST&A) team you will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for Events, Sales practices and Sales technology team within Advisor channel sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in data analytics and curious to learn more about the Asset management business.

What will you do?

Manage event reporting, data analysis and registration tracking (using Salesforce, Aventri, Excel, PPT).

Reporting & review of Dealer approvals (weekly, quarterly, event specific).

Research and manage Aventri contacts (reach out to advisors for additional information).

Sales Practices reports including expense audits (Concur, Salesforce).

Conduct regular internal monitoring and reporting of sales practices for all RBC GAM’s Individual Investor Business channels.

Gather and prepare all business materials and/or reporting on sales practices for internal and external audits.

Responsible for maintaining Salesforce data hygiene.

Support resolving sales team cases related to Genesys, data, analytics, and process automation.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

Advanced skills with sound working knowledge of PC platforms; high level of proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet, and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word).

The successful candidate is well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and on-going projects, punctual and have a strong work ethic.

Amicable and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.

Self-starter with an acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment to meet tight timelines.

Nice to Have  

Base knowledge of National Instrument 81–105 in the mutual fund industry.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.

Interest in the financial industry.

Experience with complex excel functions, VBA, SQL is an asset.
