The Sales Enablement Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales team effectiveness by providing resources, training, tools, and processes that improve productivity and drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure that sales representatives are equipped to engage prospects and clients with precision and confidence. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our Sales Boot Camp running smoothly, organizing, coordinating, and moderating sessions that prepare our new Sales Directors to thrive. You’ll also dive into impactful projects that enhance our tools, streamline our processes, and measure our results, all while collaborating with talented colleagues across the organization. We’re looking for someone who is organized yet creative, tech-savvy yet people-focused, a true go-getter who wants to grow their skills and make a tangible impact. What You’ll Do Accelerate ramp: Support onboarding and boot camps that reduce time to value. Deliver sharp curriculum: Build and refresh learning assets with new tools and SME input. Maximize tech adoption: Admin our enablement tools, train sellers on features, and resolve issues fast. Turn data into action: Track participation, link learning to pipeline metrics, and recommend fixes to close skill gaps. Enable strategic programs: Coordinate Account Planning and ad-hoc growth initiatives to ensure flawless execution.
