In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunitiesParticipate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary marketLead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluationSupport various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expensesProvide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growthCollaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

Experience in Business Growth Strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Ability to build strong relationships with the line of business (RMs, BDOs, CBLs, MEs, DSEs, DEs)Strong change management skillsStrong communication skills (written - PowerPoint, verbal)Understanding of the Sales Enablement functionProficient with data and analytics to analyze sales performance resultsAdept at understanding and utilizing key sales tools to engage and educate sales team membersFamiliar with Microsoft Dynamics


Job Expectations:

Partner with sales teams to make them more efficient and effective in their roleProvide insights into performance by identifying key areas of opportunityProactively work with the teams they support to execute sales trainingProactively work with the teams they support to improve their understanding and usage of key sales enablement toolsPartner with data & analytics team to identify areas of need for additional performance management metricsIdentify strategy for how to leverage sales activation materials and support execution of tactics to deliver to bankers

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
