Sales Enablement Content & Campaigns Analyst

We are looking for a Content & Campaigns Analyst to help deliver optimized sales motion and growth for Staples. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will lead key sales enablement initiatives from concept to execution across multiple sales teams. You will work directly with sales, learning and development, marketing, and other teams to identify metric drivers, develop content strategies and outputs, and support critical sales productivity initiatives. Additionally, you will own the full spectrum of content and brand voice throughout the user journey, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding our sales email cadence tool, performance of templates and cadences, and reporting best practices and suggested changes to optimize customer engagement. Own the training and adoption of processes that you create or are assigned.Develop learning and training sales teams on new processes and skills needed to scale quickly, including onboarding sessions, ongoing training sessions, new process launches, and new tool adherence.Partner cross functionally on development and maintenance of sales engagement tool.Manage program activities and meetings.Develop measurement tools to track performance after program implementation to determine overall success of the initiative.Develop accurate, timely, and realistic project plans.Work with cross-functional teams to determine key metrics that track project’s progress and success.Craft our brand voice across all touchpoints, coordinating seasonal sales and product campaigns, and owning dedicated content marketing initiatives.Author and maintain a monthly campaign content calendar, including regular seasonal programming (promotional and non-promotional), ad hoc sales, and product launches.Develop creative briefs, timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.Define, prioritize, and run A/B tests to optimize and personalize the consumer journey.Drive revenue growth through effective planning, execution, and optimization of ecommerce initiatives.Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience in sales or sales enablement

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years developing sales training/enablement content is highly desired1+ years of data analysis or analytics experienceExperience with sales engagement tools (i.e. Salesloft, Revenue.io, Outreach, Apollo, Groove, etc.)Experience working with the Salesforce.com platformProject/Program management experience ranging from planning and design through execution, risk mitigation, and analyzing results.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams in an effective and collaborative manner.Ability to manage multiple projects (requests) at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment.MS Office suite proficiency; experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.Ability to adapt to new business environments as the business needs change.Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset.Strong presentation skills.
