The Sales Enablement Learning Specialist will design, develop and deliver product training solutions across all sales channels in a virtual environment and in digital learning formats. This role will also develop and drive critical change management processes that support the business unit's strategy and vision for the sales organization.
Assess, design, deliver, implement, and evaluate product, sales, systems, and process training for new and existing sales professionals using instructor-led and digital learning formats, such as eLearning, digital assessments, videos, microlearning and digital resources.
Partner closely with sales enablement partners, marketing, product management, and sales leaders to understand needs, discover challenges, and propose solutions to increase knowledge and performance of team to help reach sales goals.
Support product launches and enhancements by partnering with product and other business subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that enables the sales teams to understand and sell our solutions.
Execute on, measure, and sustain a formal, digital training certification program to ensure competency and consistency is achieved.
Manage sales training technology, creating learning paths and content within various technology platforms, act as an administrator to govern sales enablement platforms and content
Deliver on the strategy set in place for priorities, including but not limited to curriculum development (virtual and instructor-led), tactical planning, and coordinating logistical efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication
5 years in Sales Enablement, Training or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Instructional Design experience
Articulate software experience
Learning Management system experience
Graphic, graphic development software, and video experience.
E-learning content authoring
Highspot Sales Enablement platform experience or something similar
Word, Power Point, and Excel
Have experience with providing training to sales folks and content strategy.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
