We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Tax.com Division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales program. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations.

As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Enablement Manager works as a program manager, defining strategy, planning and engages with Sales and Marketing administration to create efficiencies that increase the productivity and effectiveness of both organizations. The Sales Enablement Manager will work proactively with senior management to identify business challenges, prioritize these challenges, define the scope and approach for the solution and execute those activities.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results

People:

Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Leadership to establish Sales and Marketing enablement priorities and project plans.Develop and implement measures to impact the ramp time and quota attainment of our Sales team.Conduct periodic interviews with key stakeholders.Ensure all new Sales team members are enabled and prepared to hit quota by owning onboarding and ongoing training.

Client:

Drive decision making on business and technology issues that impact complex global organization.Drive adoption and executive of agreed upon best practices.Define scope and solution approach for targeted initiatives and challenges.Facilitate and lead working sessions and ongoing project governance meetings.

Value:

Evaluating and implementing tools and testing to granularly track Sales Rep grasp of subject matter and deliver regular performance results to leadership.Work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings.

Education and Experience:

4–7 years of experience leading enterprise-wide business programsExperience supporting a global sales team (preferred)Experience with Sales and Marketing domain areas strongly preferred (e.g.Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals)Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong project management skills

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role may have supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment:

Standard indoor working environment.Long periods of time sitting while working at a computer.Regular contact with co-workers via online tools or in person.Remote work allowed.Independent travel requirement: up to 30%

Compensation:

For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,000 - $156,750For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $105,000 - $144,650For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $137,500For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $114,000 - $156,750For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is 105,000 - $144,650The Company makes offers based on many factors, including qualifications and experience.
