Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that equip our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. This includes collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify needs, create impactful programs, and measure their effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales cycle, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them.Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and content, including sales playbooks, product training, competitive battle cards, and sales process best practices.Manage and maintain the sales enablement platform, ensuring content is easily accessible, up-to-date, and effectively utilized by the sales team.Develop and implement sales onboarding programs to accelerate ramp-up time for new sales hires.Partner with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and content across all channels.Analyze sales performance data and gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve enablement programs and measure their impact on revenue.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to inform enablement strategies.Manage budget and resources effectively.Build strong relationships with sales teams and other key stakeholders.Develop and deliver presentations to sales leadership and other stakeholders on enablement initiatives and results.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales methodologies.Experience designing and delivering effective training programs and content.Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and other sales technology tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Data-driven approach to measuring and improving program effectiveness.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of the data storage industry and high-performance computing is a plus.
