Sales Enablement Manager
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and sales team dynamics.Leverage advanced analytics and AI to predict customer behavior, optimize sales processes, and personalize interactions.Develop scalable, structured training programs to ensure sales reps have industry and product knowledge.Identify sources of value and determine optimal channels and customer targets.Design and implement a structured sales enablement framework that includes strategies, processes, tools, and metrics.Assess the sales team’s capacity and shortcomings, and provide appropriate tools and enablement strategies.Identify growth opportunities based on price, promotions, mix, trade terms, and other factors.

Requirement:

Strong understanding of the food and beverage market in Iran.Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Proven experience in (FMCG) industry.
