PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Country Sales Enablement Manager is a role that will work closely with the Country Sales leaders and will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and execution of the Country strategy including the following activities: Sales force effectiveness, Sales & Business processes & governance, CRM-SFDC, Account segmentation & targeting, territory alignment and all other key strategic initiatives to drive disciplined strategic execution.
Sales enablement will include Sales Incentives and Commercial Training, to provide and advance critical infrastructure and capabilities for the commercial teams.This role is designed to support the Country Sales Leaders in delivering a co-ordinated strategy by proactively establishing the vision and direction for commercial excellence type activity: supporting the country sales force to maintain and increase market share. The role includes close collaboration within Sales, Customer Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functions.

Essential Job Functions
Patients Safety/Pharmacovigilance (PV):
To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.EHSQ:
Comply with the company Environment, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures relevant to your position.
Compliance:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations issued by the relevant government regulatory agencies; Abide by the company Code of Conduct and all other policies relevant to your position, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption and the Anti-Trust Policies.
MAIN INTERFACES
INTERNALLY:
SEA SLS Regional Team
Marketing- Product promotional programs, special pricing, etc.
Customer Excellence- Order processing, order follow up, credit and collection, etc.
Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution- Stock availability and delivery
Finance- for Sales report and other key important sales activities.
EXTERNALLY:
Customers in Team Territory Program
Purchasing Managers, Laboratory heads and product end-users; and Company Heads
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Life Science/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Business
PGDM/MBA preferred but not necessary
