Sales Enablement Manager - US Based Remote

Anywhere Integrated Services is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager, who will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and strengthen sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen, marketing strategy expertise, and a proven track record of collaborating with large sales organizations to enhance sales effectiveness through the utilization of marketing programs and tools.
The Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for:
+ Sales Enablement Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies tailored to the needs of the sales organization. Identify key areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
+ Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals, strategies and messaging. Act as a bridge between the two departments to foster synergy and maximize impact.
+ Marketing Technology: Develop and leverage a deep understanding of marketing technology, including artificial intelligence, to craft sales enablement solutions. Leverage the sales and marketing tech stack and automation opportunities to optimize sale effectiveness.
+ Content Development and Management: Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns and assets that drive awareness, understanding and engagement among targeted segments of real estate agents. Ensure that sales teams have access to relevant and impactful content to support their selling efforts at every stage of the customer journey.
+ Sales Talent Development: Continuously assess the development needs of the sales team and design and deliver customized materials to address needs, including sharing of best practices, product knowledge, market positioning, and digital and data literacy.
+ Marketing Effectiveness Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales enablement initiatives and correlate their utilization with sales results. Use data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
+ Project Management: Lead the planning, execution and tracking of marketing and sales enablement projects and initiatives. Develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues proactively.
Qualifications:
The successful Sales Enablement Manager will be a self-starter and strategic thinker who proactively advances innovative solutions and takes ownership of projects to support marketing and sales enablement contributions to business results and profitability. S/he is an enthusiastic team player, outstanding communicator, and has proven success in managing priorities and timelines in a dynamic marketing and sales environment.
+ Experience in the real estate or title and settlement industries is strongly preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
+ 10+ years in a marketing or sales management role with demonstrated sales enablement experience and a track record of working with high-performing sales teams to translate sales strategy into effective, measurable marketing programs.
+ Deep understanding of both sales and marketing strategies, with the ability to effectively align and bridge gaps between the functions.
+ Experience working with large sales organizations to drive the adoption and utilization of marketing programs and technology.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Experience in Microsoft 365 required.
