Reporting locally to the Lead of International Sales Operations, with a dotted line to the Head of International Sales Enablement, this position will be responsible for supporting various Sales Enablement Tools and Platforms for the Centre of Excellence (COE) Team, optimizing various operational functions (payments, design coordination) and driving enablement insights through data, dashboards and surveys. Other duties may include design and virtual facilitation opportunities depending on need and skillset. They will proactively partner with Sales Enablement team members and Business stakeholders to help answer key questions impacting our revenue goals and support the success of our International sales teams.

The Impact You’ll Make:

Support multiple platforms and tools related to the success of the International Sales Enablement Team including (but not limited to) Cornerstone, Coupa and SmartsheetAnalyze, manipulate and transform data sets from events, surveys and L&D courses to extract actionable insights that will help measure impact and drive behavioural changeDeliver actionable insights and recommendations in succinct and compelling presentations to a wide range of internal stakeholdersCo-create and maintain visual dashboards using Power BI derived from Cornerstone data (offline or API) and Salesforce data to help International Sales Enablement decision makers monitor the impact of L&D courses and adjust approaches as neededCreate learning experiences & playbooks, from storyboards and design documents provided by SME’s, that drive sustainable behavioural change through common content creation & delivery platforms (i.e. Articulate, Cornerstone, Seismic, SharePoint, Powerpoint)

Essential requirements:

Working knowledge of Cornerstone, Coupa and Seismic/Sharepoint platformsStrong Excel and data analysis skills, with ability to derive and present insights in a usable format by various stakeholders across the organization, from senior executives to peers, at an above-average ability levelAble to effectively work remotely, both independently and with a close-knit Team (virtually), in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones, with strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsUndergraduate degree and a min. of 4 years of relevant experience and/or recognized certifications

Desirable Requirements:

Selling skills and leadership skills development experience a plus (through work &/or facilitation experience)Previous experience working remotely on a global teamGraphics and video creation experience

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
