Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Program Manager to lead and support our global channel sales efforts for the HP Workforce Experience Platform and other digital services solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, programs and delivering training to enable our channel partners to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs tailored to the unique needs of channel partners, ensuring alignment with HP's overall sales objectives.

Training and Development: Design, deliver, and manage training programs and resources for channel sales teams, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including partner business managers, business development managers, partner marketing, product, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.

Content Creation: Develop and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, playbooks, and sales tools, to support channel partners in their sales efforts.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.

Market Insights: Provide channel partners with market insights and competitive intelligence to enhance their sales strategies and drive growth.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all sales enablement needs.

Event Management: Plan and execute sales enablement events, such as workshops, webinars, and conferences, to engage and educate channel partners.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine sales enablement programs to ensure they remain effective and relevant in a rapidly evolving market


Education & Experience Recommended

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, channel sales, or a related role within the technology industry.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness.

The base pay range for this role is $130 350 up to $189 000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
