Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Enablement Program Manager specializing in the Retail industry to join our Global Enablement team at Blue Yonder. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering enablement programs for the Blue Yonder global sales force.  You will work closely with sales leaders & managers, Sales Operations, Human Resources, and Blue Yonder’s India-based instructional designers to plan and streamline the delivery, and measure effectiveness of all sales enablement activity.

Scope 

Define and deliver sales enablement programs for global sales teamsSales enablement programs meet the needs of a variety of seller roles:  Field Reps, Presales Consultants, Business Development Reps, etc.Sales enablement programs span:  role-based skills, solution/product knowledge, sales methodologies/processes/toolsWork with Partner Enablement to scale sales enablement programs to Blue Yonder’s partner ecosystem

What you will do

Identify enablement, education, and training needs by working with internal sales stakeholders and conducting needs assessments Define and structure sales enablement programs; marshal the resources required for successful delivery As required, conduct “build vs. buy” research and decisioning Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that enablement content is accurate and relevant Ensure high program attendance and completion rates by target audiencesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, making adjustments as necessary Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and sales enablement automation platforms Communicate with internal stakeholders about sales enablement, training and development opportunities Coordinate with other enablement and education teams to ensure consistency in enablement/education/training methodologies and materials 

What we are looking for

7+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in a corporate setting for SaaS companies Strong Supply Chain experience in the Retail industry REQUIREDExperience defining, developing and delivering sales enablement/education/training programs Strong project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to set direction for complimentary teams/resources Experience working with international off-shore teams; ability to accommodate meetings off-hours as requiredHands-on experience and working knowledge of Highspot sales enablement platformExperience with learning management systems and other digital learning tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferredExperience in adult learning principles

The salary range for this position is $115,600.00 to $150,000.00 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
