Sales Enablement Revenue Coordinator

The Sales Enablement Revenue Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organization and management of activity for the global enablement team. This responsibility includes, all program scheduling, ownership of the GRE calendar, coordination of enablement events, creation and management of stakeholder distribution lists, content and organization of team meetings, administrative tasks, distribution of enablement communications and reporting and analytics package, and project managing events such as GKO and Partner Summits on behalf of the enablement organization. This position is a critical member of the team, serving as a liaison to several internal partners and clients. 

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating meetings, information, etc. with external clients and vendors Coordinating with EAs to book meetings with executives Assist other Sales Enablement leaders with booking meetings when needed Produce slides, visuals and presentation decks for a variety of meetings Scheduling trainings with sales leaders and/or full sales teams internal trainings external trainings host office hours if needed Segment level roll outs for trainings if needed Scheduling team meetings monthly If in person then coordinating hotels, flights, office space, meals All-Hands Calls Scheduling and coordinating schedules with Rocky, Kim and main contributors PowerPoint management Content management Setting up webinar in Teams Sending out invites to correct contributors in greenroom Sending out invite to correct DL(s) Hosting call & sharing screen for ppt as well as videos Recording call and sending out to correct parties after Coordinating with SE & Sales Calendar to avoid conflicts Set up survey through forms for all hands call Assist with Global Kickoff (various project management, communication, and coordination duties) Intake management and Asana maintenance New Hire communications and logistics Global Revenue Enablement monthly calendar updates
