The Sales Enablement (Senior) Manager will not only be a catalyst for change but also a bridge between commercial and technology functions, ensuring that our strategies are customer-centric and our operations are efficiently digitized. Key responsibilities include
Design, implement, and track a strategy to enhance the overall adoption of commercial systems across the Sales Organization. Take full ownership of executing the Commercial business process improvement roadmap, focusing on areas such as CRM, Customer Experience, Lead Management to Sales, Collaborative forecasting & CPQ processes. Leads end-to-end Sales enablement implementation projects: from discovery, business case development, process design to implementation with a technology team and adoption improvement Act as the Business Product Owner for Salesforce CRM & Experience modules, showcasing leadership and a deep understanding of Sales Enablement systems. Driving change agenda at different levels of the organization: from leadership team to frontline Build and maintain a strong network within the top 25 markets to foster system adoption and gather feedback for system enhancements. Provide expert advice and coaching to regional and country leadership teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices, implementation of global policies, and replication of successful local strategies. Collaborate closely with various departments, including Digital and Information Management teams, to develop cross-functional applications and integrated business processes. Partner with internal teams and external partners to continuously refine and enhance the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
About you
Master degree in Business, Economics or Engineering or close equivalent Fluency in English. Understanding of the following languages French, German, Spanish is considered a plus 20-30% travel requirement globally +8 years proven experience and track record in CRM, Customer Experience implementation & transformation, from a business perspective in an adjacent industry as Food & Manufacturing. Software technical profiles need to demonstrate business acumen and sales processes understanding. Alternatively, proven track record in CRM, Customer Experience SaaS implementation or consultancy for Sales & Marketing for Food, Pharma/ CPG companies can be considered. Experience in Sales in the Manufacturing, Food Service, Pharma, CPG or other industries is a strong plus Proven experience in training, coaching and/or change management Strong planning & project management skills Interest in tech and its potential to transform business. Leader, able to articulate a strong vision and translate this in an actionable sales enablement roadmap Strategic capability to shape/design our sales enablement platform Customer focus and mindset open, collaborative and strong internal & external relationships builder Demonstrates high levels of resilience & reliability and is able to manage ambiguity Conceptual skills accompanied with hand-on execution skills Ability to coach, develop and train sales and marketing teams from junior to executive level Passion for food, pastry and gastronomy is a plus
