Join us in making a difference Our Sales Operations and Enablement team is responsible for enabling, informing and empowering Account Managers. We cover the entire sales enablement cycle and ensure the teams are well equipped to focus on their responsibilities through training and development, tools and sales processes as well as product marketing.  In addition, we establish strong stakeholder alignment with business-critical units such as Search, Deals and Content or Marketing, for example.   As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will enhance collaboration both within the Partnerships unit and across other departments by building and nurturing trustworthy relationships. You will act as the representative of the SAM team and our advertisers to our stakeholders, while also channeling information and requests from stakeholders back to our team. Working closely with our Copywriter, you will develop key messages and communication materials to help our Account Managers communicate more efficiently and effectively.   If you are exceptionally passionate about working in cross-team projects and eager to make an impact by strengthening our collaboration processes and enabling the Sales & Account Management teams - apply now! How you’ll make an impact:  Partner with key stakeholders, including Account Managers and SAM Leads, to spearhead advertiser-focused initiatives and projects, fostering unity, transparency, and alignment among all parties. Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal and product teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging. Team up with the communications team to develop sales enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and case studies. Channel feedback between SAM and stakeholders. Perform regular evaluations and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement. What you'll need to thrive: 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Account Management, Project Management, or Product Management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Strong English communication skills to effectively engage and convey messages. High motivation to leverage your skills to enable a diverse team with evolving needs. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to develop structures and processes for improved collaboration. Pragmatic, value-driven mindset to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills to manage and extract valuable insights from large datasets / complex information. In-depth understanding of the trivago marketplace and familiarity with bidding, tracking, and analytical tools (e.g., Looker). Stand out with: Experience in Salesforce A thorough understanding of our advertiser ecosystem is advantageous
